Scratch Cover
Scratch Cover for Furniture & Floors is ideal for colouring over scratches and is also useful for reviving timber that isn't in bad enough condition to merit stripping back. May also be used as a stain on raw timber to darken it.
It can disguise scuffs and scratches on bamboo and timber floors (including laminates). It is available in two shades: pale for lighter timbers such as oak, blackbutt and pine; and dark for a variety of darker timbers such as jarrah, merbau and bluegum. If your floor is a combination of light and dark, the best choice is the version for dark floors.
How to use Scratch Cover:
Tip some of the product onto a clean, lint-free cloth and wipe over the affected area. Follow with another clean, lint-free cloth to remove any excess.
If you intend to use the dark version to restore an area of faded timber, do not wipe away excess immediately. Leave to dry overnight and polish back vigorously the next day. The resin will buff to a good sheen.
